Exchanges & Returns

We wish you could be in one of our stores throughout Thailand, because it's the BEST possible way to shop and give us a chance to take care of you in person.

Shall you have to exchange or return your online purchase, you have 14 days (from your receive date) to exchange or return your item. Your refund will be credited back to your membership program as merchandise credit, once your return has been received and met with our Refund/Return Policy. Return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your merchandise credit. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable. Please noted that you will not be credited for original duties and tax paid to the destination’s authorities.

Important Information

  • Items must be returned in the same conditions we shipped, accompanied by the receipts and return form, with original tag and seal attached.
  • All shoes shall be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
  • light colour leather items are subject to be handles carefully, and darker materials (even they are not leather) can transfer to light colour leather. we could not accept return with colour transferred that happened by mishandling the merchandise.
  • Merchandise should be returned in their original, undamaged box and packing as they are considered part of the products.
  • FEDEX/UPS/DHL offer smooth and protected shipment, and well insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport of your choice.
  • The freight cost of return/exchange/refund and all other duties will be of customers’ responsibility.

We reserve the rights to refuse any return/refund/exchange that is not met with the above requirements. We are grateful with your kind understanding.

International

You are welcome to return/exchange your purchase within 14 days (from your receive date) at one of our stores throughout Thailand with original receipts, product is in unworn conditions as shipped, along with original packaging.

Refund

Your refund will be credited back to your membership program as merchandise credit. Once your return has been received and met with our Refund/Return Policy, we will issue one time Shopping CODE directly to your membership account via your email. Your merchandise credit with be expired in 180 days from the date of issuing.

Faulty Goods

Goods are classified faulty if they are damaged upon mishandling delivery, workmanship or parts defects, goods that are damaged as a results of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
